Wat zijn cookies?

De functies die we hebben geïmplementeerd voor Google Analytics zijn: rapportage voor demografische gegevens en interesses van Google Analytics, remarketing met Google Analytics, rapportage voor Google Display Network-vertoningen, geïntegreerde services voor advertentiedoeleinden waarvoor Google Analytics gegevens verzamelt, inclusief gegevens die worden verzameld via advertentiecookies en ID’s.
Remarketing houdt in dat externe leveranciers, waaronder Google, onze advertenties weergeven op websites van derden. Daarnaast gebruiken wij en andere partijen, waaronder Google, first-party cookies (zoals de Google Analytics-cookie) en third-party cookies (zoals de DoubleClick-cookie) gecombineerd om gerichte en geoptimaliseerde advertenties te leveren op basis van iemands eerdere bezoeken aan onze website. We plaatsen segmentpixels om te retargeten via Facebook.

Cookies voor sociale media
Op www.ribsonly.com gebruiken we de plug-in “AddToAny”. Met die plugin kun je eenvoudig content en pagina’s delen via je eigen Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest of ander social media account. Social media cookies maken dit mogelijk. Beheer of verwijder cookies
Er zijn 2 soorten cookies: tijdelijke en permanente. Medianaut gebruikt beide. Cookies uit de eerste groep worden verwijderd wanneer u de browser sluit. De permanente cookies kunnen langer blijven staan, maar zijn handmatig te verwijderen.
Als u niet wilt dat websites cookies op uw computer, tablet of smartphone plaatsen, kunt u uw browserinstellingen aanpassen zodat u een waarschuwing krijgt voordat er cookies worden geplaatst. Tenslotte
Door de manier waarop internet en websites werken, kan het zijn dat Medianaut niet altijd inzicht heeft in de cookies die via onze websites door derde partijen worden geplaatst. Dit is met name het geval als onze webpagina’s zogenaamde embedded elementen bevatten. Dit zijn inhoud zoals video’s die bij een andere partij zijn opgeslagen, maar die op, in of via onze websites worden getoond.
